C.E.O of Couture Travel, Carmela O. Murray recognized the need for experienced agent's in the Internet age. While many agents succumb to the pressure of bargain Internet sites, Ms. Murray recognized the niche for knowledgeable experienced travel professionals. She knew that travelers would appreciate the values of a full-service travel agency. Many travelers learned that they actually saved money by seeking the help of an experienced travel professional. Ms. Murray wanted to highlight this fact and decided to call her agency, "Couture Travel". Ms. Murray has spent a couple of decades in the travel industry. She has worked for long standing charitable donations agencies as a marketing professional for an entire decade. She has also traveled to all corners of the earth, but knew she could best serve travelers by creating an agency on her own terms. She was determined to prove that this agency could prove better service and value than any other means of travel planning. It was a last minute idea to go to sin city Nevada. I called Couture Travel and Carmela worked on my arrangements. At the same time I had someone else looking for a price that may be better. I told Carmela about the others doing a search and that I found Couture Travel to have the best prices. The others could not find a two bedroom suite while doing their search BUT without Carmela, I would have to get separate rooms instead of the 2 bedroom unit which she provided for my family of five. 1. Call me at Couture Travel. Tell me about your plans, or simply e-mail your request to me.
2. Price quotes are available 7am-7pm daily. Emails are retreived all day long.
3. The fees are per room, per week, per two people or per couple. Children of applicable ages are free of charge.
4. Cruise fees are per two people.
5. Add a rental car, rail or bus ticket, or activity itinerary.
6. Add a round trip flight or one way Airline ticket.
7. My fee is basically $10.00 per hour depending on the difficulty of the task.
Couture Travel reserves the right to add on any additional fees depending upon the difficulty of the search. The Sole Proprieter of Couture Travel is able to charge its fees & prices only with your approval to apply the charges toward your account. You are welcome to Pay an additional (optional) $30 for Couture Travel bookings, where you can receive verification of reservations made in your name prior to your making your complete payment to pay-pal reservations. (Available for refundable trips only)
8. All money is paid to our financially secure and private PAY-PAL service with a small 2.9% + .30 cents paypal service transaction fee which will be added to the total. Couture Travel reserves the right to add, subtract, and use various coupons to obtain the prices quoted to you for the purposes of making a completed transaction.
9 . Due to the high demand for these great prices, please be prepared to make your choice and pay all fees within one hours time of your reservation confirmation. Plan ahead or wait until the last minute, you are still guaranteed our discounts year round.
10. Restrictions apply on cancellations. Some trips are not considered refundable.
Every deposit & fee for searches and reservations is under policy by Couture Travel considered to be non-refundable.
11. Fees are due once we have agreed upon a price & before the full itinerary is disclosed in hard copy. Your itinerary will be delivered in its entirety once your fees are paid. All itinerary arrangement fees paid to Couture Travel are final, with no refund, with the exception of refundable travel.
